Agriculture Module is one of the important modules in development sector.

This is helping us to development of country and improvements of Livelihood of farmer or poor people.

Sustainable Agriculture is kind of Agriculture which seeks to conserve, develop and utilize the natural resources, on and around the farms, in such a manner as to meet the human needs, year after year, and generation after generation.  As well as to understand the previous days situation of agriculture and now days situation of the agriculture. To find out dependency and Independence area of Agriculture and where we need to improve in agriculture we can find easily.

This Module’s main intention is to understand what the Sustainable Agriculture is and what is Farmer field school and capacity building of participation (farmers).

5 key points are importance for the Sustainable Agriculture

·         Improving cropping system

·         Environmental support (Biomass )

·         Income generation Activates

Through those thing are helped to sustainable Agriculture and F.F.S is main tool to implement and experiment in field to better understand of the farmer.

F.F.S is one of the tools its help to farmer to understand what is the Sustainable Agriculture and how to use of the new technology in farming.

F.F.S is one school which is run without wall.  It has own schedule/time table. In that school farmer learn new technology and knowledge and skill about the agriculture. And doing by learning is the main focus of F.F.S.  Farmer learns how to use new technique and at the same time they are experiment in their field. Also they learn through the compare study which is help to understand which method is useful or helpful.

So many NGO’s are working for sustainable Agriculture AME is one of them and F.F.S through it is working in field.
